Precautions

1. The testing must comply with the regulations of infectious disease laboratory management standards and biosafety rules. All samples and waste should be treated as infectious agents;

2. The operation should be strictly carried out according to the instructions;

3. The experimental environment should maintain a certain humidity, avoid wind, and avoid conducting experiments at excessively high temperatures (preferably between 10-37 ºC);

4. After removing the detection reagent from the aluminum foil bag, the experiment should be conducted as soon as possible to avoid leaving it in the air for too long, as the reagent will become ineffective after absorbing moisture;

5. The reagent kit can be stored at room temperature to prevent moisture. The reagent kit stored at low temperatures should be balanced to room temperature before opening the aluminum foil bag for testing operations;

6. To prevent missed detection of weakly positive specimens, the results should be read 20 minutes after sample addition. A purple red line at the detection line indicates a positive result, and the results after 20 minutes are only used as a reference.
