Processing:
Process 1: Choose excellent duck feather material form planting
Process 2: Crude separation by single chamber sorting machine
Process 3: The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours for 9times and cleaned with water for at least one hour for 10times, dehydrated for 2 times.
Process 4: Dried in steam drier at temperature 120° C for at least 30 minutes
Process 5: Cooled for 60 minutes, separated into five classes in separator. ------Five classes: Feather4-6cm, feather2-4cm, lower down, middle feather, high down.
Process 6: Inspected the material, if passed then taking package
Process 7: In order to take it easy for carton package, choose compressed bale.
