Laser Optex uses advanced bonding techniques for glass-to-metal and ceramic-to-metal seal, make critical testing, including 100 percent helium leak testing and x-ray measurements for metallization control.
Standard and Precision grade optical windows for hermetic viewports, windows Materials include: BK7, Fused silica, Pyrex, Sapphire, BaF2, CaF2, MgF2, LiF, Ge, Quartz, Si, ZnSe, ZnS.
Avariety of custom coatings to enhance performance - which include: Single QWOT, Broad Band AR, V AR coatings, ITO, DLC (Diamond like coating).
These viewports are available on standard vacuum mounts including Del-Seal CF, Conflat, KFand LF ISO flanges with clear apertures from 1/2 to 5-3/8 inch diameters.
Custom vacuum viewport are available upon request.
Laser Optex has the capability that manufacture all kinds of IPL Filter, Internal Filters and IPL crystal(Light guide), which made by BK7 Glass, Fused silica or sapphire crystal, the coating film can support high IPL energy such as 35-50J/cm2.
