Tungsten Target

Chemical stability: tungsten has good chemical stability, it is not easy to react with other elements at room temperature, so tungsten target is not easy to oxidize or corrod during use.
Application: 1. X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) : Tungsten target is often used in X-ray fluorescence analysis instruments, as the target of X-ray generator, used to produce high-energy X-rays. 2. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) : In X-ray diffraction instruments, tungsten targets can also be used as targets in X-ray tubes to generate X-ray beams for sample analysis. 3. Electron microscopy (SEM) : Tungsten targets are also used in some electron microscopy, which is used to generate electron beams and image and analyze samples.
