1)Delivery
Formal OEM Orders: Average delivery will be 30-35 days according to different product and customer requirements
For repeat orders: Average delivery will be 25-30 days.
For samples available in stock: We will arrange delivery immediately after receiving full payment.
For special required samples: Delivery will be 10-15 days after receiving full payment.
2)Shipment
For the goods below 100kgs, express like DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS would be economic.
For the goods between 100kgs to 300kgs, ship via air is economic.
For the goods above 300kgs, suggest Ocean shipment.
Anyhow, all is based on customers′ requirements.
3)Warranty
We provide 1year warranty terms for all products from your purchase date, except human damage and force majeure factors.
1% spare parts provided together with formal order For defect units within warranty period
We provide free repair service or replacement for new items for customer and customer would be responsible for half freight cost.
Beyond the guarantee period, Dimed will provide maintenance service and technical support.
