This deadbeat combined stretcher adopts medium-sized drawing machine using Italian drawing control technology.

This deadbeat combined stretcher uses PLC as the core control module, transducer as the drive module, frequency conversion motor as the drawing motor, and touch screen as the operation unit. It uses precision potentiometers to detect the wire tension size, and depends the PID handling of PLC to control the speed of the drawing motor. The speed of the stretcher and the drawing motor can be accurately adjusted by the touch screen, and the speed is stepless-adjusted. The system is simple to operate, reliable, having a good versatility, easy to maintenance, and having a stable tension control.

This deadbeat combined stretcher has the advantage of high drawing speed, high efficiency, never making the wire broken.
