This product is imported by our company from Kobe Steel in Japan and improved and designed based on the SX impact crusher. It is a closed rotor self lining crusher with rotor feeding. Its crushing action is to enter from the upper feeding port and fall to the center of the high-speed rotating rotor. The falling material is thrown out at high speed under the strong centrifugal force of the rotor, colliding with the material that originally only existed on the material rack and being crushed. The crushed material pops out from above and continues to collide with the thrown material, breaking multiple times into cubic materials. It is composed of feeding hopper, rotor, shaft system, crushing chamber, base, motor base, motor and other components. On both sides of the material inlet, there is an air circulation device that circulates the air generated by the rotation of its rotor inside the circulation device to reduce the amount of dust discharged outside. It is divided into two specifications, namely SCBL1000 and SCBL1200. There are two or three different specifications according to the requirements of different users. Different rotor speeds and motor power form dozens of combinations. Due to being a closed rotor with an outer blade embedded with hard alloy blades, the feeding control is particularly strict, and iron blocks are not allowed to enter to avoid damaging the blades. The entire rotor is protected by wear-resistant welding, with a lifespan of about 1200 hours. After multiple experiments by our company's R&D team, we developed a thin oil version sand and gravel granulator. It has the following characteristics: 1. The viscosity of the grease is small, which provides lubrication and protection for the motor when starting up, while increasing the service life of the machine. 2. Lubricating oil is replaced every six months on average, without the need for maintenance on weekdays, which to some extent saves resource loss and reduces labor costs
