Honing Machine for Tube

This series of machine tools is specially used to finish various hydraulic cylinders, cylinders, steel pipes and other cylindrical deep hole parts. The aperture accuracy of the parts processed by this machine tool reaches IT7 level or above, and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.2-0.4μm. The machine can also perform local honing in order to correct the taper and ovality of the part. Equipped with PLC control system, linear rolling guide, AC servo motor, grinding rod adopts stepless speed regulation, stable commutation, convenient speed regulation, easy to ensure the dimensional accuracy of aperture and reduce labor intensity. The rise and contract of the honing head is controlled by the servo motor, which can realize the constant pressure feed of the honing head and the quantitative feed of the honing head. For general cylindrical deep-hole parts, rough honing is carried out after rough boring, and if cold-drawn steel pipes are used, strong honing can be carried out directly, which changes the traditional process method of deep hole processing and effectively improves productivity. The honed parts are made of cast iron and various types of steel, including hardened workpieces.
