Product Description
The movable dewatering truck, a type of vehicular integrated dewatering system, is developed by Dean S&T Co., Ltd. In terms of investment cost saving for clients. This dewatering system, mainly consisting of macromolecule dissolver, metering pump, movable screw dewaterer and transport vehicle (should be prepared by clients), is convenient for movement, and capable of serving for different WWTPs.
1. Working Principle
The mobile sludge dewatering truck is driven near sludge tank for the treatment of excess sludge in WWTPs based on the requirements from WWTP. During operating, macromolecule full automatic dissolver is first used to mix the dosed powdery flocculants to curing stage. Then the sludge is pumped from sludge tank into mixing flocculation trough of screw dewaterer to mix and react with flocculants (dosed by metering pump) to be formed as alum floc. After gravity thickening in the thickening zone, the alum floc is then transferred into the dewatering zone to be fully dewatered and discharges as a form of sludge cake under the internal pressure produced by back press board in discharge outlet. Finally, the dewatered sludge is transported to outside for disposal and the filtrate returns to the biological treatment system for retreatment.
2. Technical Advantages
A) One sludge dewatering truck can serve several WWTPs, which saves investment cost;
B) The dewatering system is auto control, not easy to be blocked, convenient for operation & management;
C) The dewatering system has advantages of low energy consumption, little friction during operation, low noise, durable in use and long service life;
D) The dewatering system is not afraid of oil stain and can treat oily sludge effectively;
E) The dewatering system has high dewatering efficiency (the efficiency is around twice as high as similar products) by special design structure.
3. Scope of Application
The dewatering system is widely applied for the dewatering treatment of various sludge, such as the treatment of excess sludge from WWTPs, oily sludge generated by pressurizing floatation, sludge from livestock wastewater treatment, etc.
4. Specification&Parameters
Note: Table of parameters for the type selection of mobile dewaterer, among which the vehicle should be prepared by the customers, and the practical size of vehicle should be determined based on the dimensions (L x D) of dewatering truck's underframe. If the capacity of sludge treatment is higher than the values listed in Table 6, additional design should be taken. More information can be consulted to Dean Group.
