The subsidiary named Qingdao Daneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd was established with registered capital of 20.0MRMB, specialized in energy management contracting and providing service for energy-saving products and technology in terms of diagnosis, design, financing, retrofit and operation. As an EMC company, it is engaged in serving for the coal fired power plants on investment and application to improve the energy management and efficiency.
Daneng values research and development, it has set up Qingdao Enterprise Engineering Center and Xi′an Engineering Research Institute specially. It also establishes a market-oriented system for technological innovation, in which enterprise plays the leading role and which combines the efforts of enterprises, universities and research institutes. A scaled R&D force has been formed to focus on innovation in cooperation with Xi′an Jiaotong University to make use of social science resources.
