Background: With the rapid development of science and technology, wide application of microelectronics technology and increasingly complicated electromagnetic environment, the electromagnetic field effect caused by the electrostatic discharge, such as electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues, has drew more and more people′s attention, and owing to serious electrostatic hazards, now more and more manufacturers worldwide have begun implementing various levels of anti-static measures and projects.
