Founded in 1998, CHANGSHU HUAERDA GARMENTS Co., Ltd. Is located at Haiyang Road, Haiyu Town (former Wangshi Town) of Changshu City. In possession of powerful technical force, the company commits itself to the production, research and development of cashmere and wool underwear all year along, and pays more attention to reinforce the cooperation with junior colleges, technical schools and Shanghai Wool And Linen Spinning Science And Technology Research Institute. It has developed almost one hundred kinds of new styles and patterns, whose products are greatly favored by domestic and oversea personnel. The company mainly produces the underwear series of wool, cashmere, wool and Tencel, colored cotton, soybean fiber, modal, etc. The underwear adopts merino superfine mothproof and shrinkproof wool, which not only features in softness and warmness, but also is provided with the characters of strong flexibility, smoothness and comfortableness, good permeability, anti-distortion, etc.
In line with the enterprise concept of "getting victory with quality", the company leaders invest a large amount of funds in purchasing the manufacturing facilities of international leading level per year. At present, the company has possessed over 200 sets of manufacturing equipments, such as Yamato (Japan) Four Needles Six Threads Flat-lock Machine, Flying Horse Three Needles Five Threads Flat-lock Machine, Eighteen Needles Circular Knitting Machine, Sixteen Needles Computerized Flat Knitter, etc. The annual consumption of yarns reaches over 500tons, and the output of underwear is over 1 million sets. The product distribution network extends to all large cities over the country, and even far to Sweden, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries.
The company passed ISO9000 certification in March 2006, and in the same year obtained OEKO environment protection symbol issued by TESTEX Company and Pure Wool symbol issued by the International Wool Bureau successively. In that September it was appraised as Quality Credit Product for the Year 2006 by the Municipal Technical Supervision Bureau.
