3.1 Resistive load
The resistive load is composed of several special alloy resistors in parallel. The alloy resistor is made of stainless steel sheet as the heat dissipation material on the outside, the stainless steel tube as the rust proof and anti-corrosion component on the outer tube, and the thermal conductive insulating medium magnesium oxide powder is filled inside, and the power consumption component nickel chromium alloy resistor is encapsulated in it. The alloy resistance has good insulation performance, high heat dissipation performance, even heat conduction, and the operating temperature is only 1/3 of the design temperature. The temperature drift is small, the resistance value is stable, and there is no red heat after a long time of operation. It has the effects of acid and alkali resistance, salt fog resistance, rain resistance, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used all day.
3.2 Inductive load
The inductive load module is composed of several fixed reactors. It is mainly used to adjust the inductive load during load test, coordinate with resistive/capacitive load, adjust the load power factor, and simulate the actual working state of inverter and generator set. After the coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled as a whole, they are pre baked, vacuum dipped, dried and solidified to make the coil and iron core of the reactor firmly combined. Low loss, high efficiency, low temperature rise, long-term stable operation under rated load. No noise, no pollution, no daily maintenance, long service life.
