VTC-40C has advantages such as high speed, high rigidity and high stability. With various tools and clamps combined, the machining center is applicable to machining parts with high precision and more machining surfaces, especially to complicated parts in auto fitting, electronic communication, optical instrument, medical apparatus, die, general machining and other fields. Giving priority to milling, drilling and threading, the machine is applicable to great feed removing milling, drilling, chambering, reaming, boring, threading, continuous profile and other machining with multiple surfaces and processes. After the 4th axle and 5th axle are selected, machining of multiple surfaces at a time can be realized so as to improve machining efficiency and precision.
In casting material structure with high rigidity, body foundation and upright possess high integral structure rigidity and thermal stability; it is required by configuration that the execution components selected for high rigidity spindle and feeding servo drive system have high precision, good reliability, quick response speed, accurate and efficient tool exchange, high positional accuracy. Therefore, the machine is simple in operation and convenient in maintenance.

1. High rigidity and high precision
The design of an integral and large-scale cast iron bed as a base and a large-span high rigidity upright as well as a high rigidity and a high precision spindle can guarantee a stable gravity cutting as well as high-speed and high-precision machining.

4. High speed and high precision spindle
High-speed spindle can maintain stable precision even at long time and high-speed cutting.
The main spindle can be easily replaced with a design that can hold oil cooler in order to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle (optional).
5. Perfect tool exchange mode
With 14 tools magazine, it is unnecessary to move this tool magazine during the exchange of tools. Therefore, the tools can be exchanged reliably and quickly to greatly shorten the preparation time.
The rotating axes of the tool magazines are controlled by a servo motor to guarantee excellent acceleration and deceleration performance.
The transmission mechanism with low gap and high rigidity can guarantee reliable operation, convenient maintenance and repair.

6. Stable mechanical structure

9. Multiple function selection
A wide worktable area can correspond to various clamp installation modes. The worktable can be specially equipped with four axes and five axes to expand the applicable range. Various installation modes can meet various machining demands.
The machine can be equipped with a tool breaking detection device in order to accurately detect corner-chipping, tipping or breaking events during machining process, automatically stopping the machine and giving prompt alarm. With an easy installation, no occupation of work space and high detection precision, the machine can effectively decrease rejection of machined parts, improve percent of successful parts and avoid machine damage caused by tool damage. Additionally, you can add an auxiliary tool to decrease the time handling parts and tool adjustment during the machining process, improving the thermal deformation compensation and tool wearing compensation. Installation and Operation Requirements
In order to ensure that the machine tool you purchased from the company has high performance and maintains high precision, please pay attention to the environment conditions for the installation of the machine tool.

2. Location for installation
(1) The equipment shall not be installed in radiation, such as: within the range of microwave, ultraviolet radiation, laser or X ray.
(2) In order to ensure machining precision and reduce temperature difference, please do not install the machine tool in the following areas:
1. Direct sunlight;
2. High humidity;
3. Large temperature difference;
4. Vibration;
5. High intensity magnetic field;
6. Dusty area;
(3) The area around the place for installation of the equipment should be free of the following:
1. Garage
2. Driveway for heavy traffic
3. Pressure or stamping equipment
4. Electrical welding, spot welding or argon arc welding
5. Substation
6. High tension line
7. Equipment or machining liable to produce dust
3. Place of installation:
The complete foundation for installation of equipment shall be subject to proper tamping to prevent foundation from poor condition such as cavity and loose soil.
The place for installation of equipment shall be equipped with a fixed power source consistent with requirements of the relevant national standards. Temporary sources shall not be used. The equipment shall have good ground protection.
The place for installation of equipment shall have a stable air source. The compressed air shall be dry and clean and satisfy relevant requirements of national standard.
4. Power requirements:
The place for installation of equipment shall be equipped with three-phase four-wire system for power source. Line voltage 380V±5%.
If the voltage of power line with three-phase four-wire system in the place for installation of equipment is 200V±5%, when the equipment is connected to the power source, it is unnecessary to adopt a transformer.
If the voltage of power line with three-phase four-wire system in the place for equipment is 220V, after the equipment accesses the power source, it is necessary to pay attention to voltage stabilization of power source to ensure that the power voltage does not exceed 220V +5% in fluctuation.
5. Compressed air
The pipe for compressed air shall be equipped with a filter and a dryer. The air pressure in the equipment shall be 0.7~1.0Mpa, the air flow shall be 5cubic meters/hour (Every standard machine tool).
