We manage all aspects of carpets & rugs manufacturing from the design, sourcing of raw materials, dyeing and spinning of yarn, to weaving and tufting. We have 6 Axminster looms than can make high quality Axminster carpet from the quality of 7X7 to 7X12, and the maximum number of colors can reach to 12. Our luxury Axminster carpet can be woven by yarns of 80% wool & 20% nylon, and 100% Solutia 66 nylon.
We have 2 rows double sides frames in the length of 21m for hand tufted rug production, and 41 skilled tufters that all have more than 10 years hand tufting experience. The monthly production capability of our hand tufted rugs is about 2000m2, and our hand tufted rugs can be produced in a wide range of fibers which including New Zealand wool, nylon, tencel, bamboo, silk, viscose, cotton. We can offer unlimited sizes and shapes from the simplest textured designs to the most complicated hand tufted designs with competitive pricing.
