The hot runners were designed by introducing the high technology from the foreign countries and in consideration of the domestic customer needs. The non cutting gate is designed for the moulds. The temperatures for hot runner nozzles were individually controlled.
This technology is first used in China at present.

We own more than 50 sets of mould machining equipments and numerical control lathes, including the turning center with over 80 technicians. Our production capability per year can reach 200 sets of PET preforms moulds. Most of our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa etc.
