3).If over Free replacement QTY which are non-deliberately damaged by people, the parts will be be cost price ,
4).Replacement information collected way :Taking picture for serial number of defected goods (1-2-3-4-5-...),and checked by our all department ,we promise FREE REPLACEMENT for these goods,in the meantime improving better design with same price specially for you .
5).If chairs' beam broken in any situation , Free replacement no matter how many QTY .
2.Where is our materials from ?
Our steel materials is from ZHIDA CO.,LTD who is one of the biggest steel manufacturing base in China.

3.Which sea port will you shipping?
We will shipping in Guangzhou or Shenzhen generally.Pls tell us if you want to shipping in other port.

4.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We will be responsible if goods are damaged or have quality problem,like defected goods,
We have 3 times QC inspections rigidly to make sure great quality in production process,

5.Delivery ?
We have 6 production lines ,and can make sure fast delivery,almost 7-15days for 1 HQ ,
LCL FOB will be shared with Others on CBM,Including Fee Transport to others loading places ,
