1, If our goods have some quality problems, please return goods according to the steps as follows,

A. After receive goods in 3 days and offer the purchase record and related proof(such as photos, video and other ways) to send email to us.
B. After we receive email, we will reply within 5-10 working days.
C. Into the consultation process, If our product is bad, we will offer discount for your seconed order or return the payment.

2, If there is no any quality problem, just you are not satisfied with it, you can return it back, but it must be without use (keep goods, package and enclosure. No stain, scratching, fold or other harm, and it won't affect the second purchase). From that time, you receive goods within 3 days you can return it, and you must advise it by email to us within 3 days, moreover the shipping cost in return goods process is responsible by buyer. When we receive the returned goods, after we check if the goods are intact, within 5 working days, we will fully refund.
