Application:

Working principle:
Material after being crushed to requested size will be taken to storage hopper by elevator, then vibrating feeder will convey material quantify, evenly and continuously to main machine grinding chamber, grinding roller rotate around the central axis.Under the force of centrifugal, grinding roller swing outward and press on grinding ring, at the same time, grinding rollers was rotation around the rotation axis.Revolving shovel blade scoops material up and taken it to the gap between grinding roll and ring to crush and grind.After being grinded, powder will be taken to analytical reduce engine to be classified by blower, coarse material will fall down to be reground, standard will flow to cyclone collector and discharge as output through powder tube(the output can be grinding to 400mesh), purified airflow inflow to blower through the tube upper cyclone collector, air course is circulatory, all airflow in tube are flow under negative pressure except the distance from blower to grinding chamber is under positive pressure.The moisture in material will be evaporated during grinding, outside air be inhaled from junctures of pipeline and feed port will increase cyclic pressure, incremental air flow to dust collector through ductwork between blower and host will be discharge with powder which come with air.
