Plystone/Gel-Coated Vanity Sink

Plystone Sink ( Gel-Coated Sink) consists of a blend of polyester resin mixed with engineered calcium carbonates fillers and pigments. The mix is poured into gel-coated moulds of desired shape. The catalysts initiate a chemical reaction which causes the resins to polymerise and harden. Chemical curing and the hardening process bonds the entire mix. Once set into a strong hard surface, it is removed from the mould and finished by grinding and trimming. The clear gel coat gives the product a glazed effect. The tough and durable gel coat surface makes the product impervious to water damage, bacteria or staining. Since this material is cast into desired shapes, it offers design flexibility. Seamless designs are possible which integrate countertops with a sink bowl or backsplash. The absence of joints makes the product additionally leak-proof and hygienic.

Maintenance is simple by way of routine cleaning with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaning product.
