Natural Gas Pressure Regulating EquipmentThe pressure regulation and pressurization of natural gas are mostly used in the gathering and transportation of natural gas, that is, the regulation of natural gas pressure during the transportation of natural gas. 2. Natural Gas Dehydration EquipmentThere are various processing techniques for dehydrating natural gas. With many years of engineering experience in natural gas processing and treatment, we can optimize the dehydration process selection according to different dehydration depth requirements, achieve the best natural gas dehydration effect with the lowest energy consumption and investment cost, and meet the needs of customers.

Natural gas dehydration methods:
1) Absorption: The most widely-used method for industrial dehydration of NG is absorption. Absorption is usually performed using triethyleneglycol sorbent (TEG). Absorption is used in cases when emphasis is not placed on the water content of the output stream, and when low operating and capital investment are required.
2) Adsorption: The second dehydration method is adsorption of water by a solid desiccant. In this method, water is usually adsorbed on a mole sieve, on a silica gel or on alumina. This method is known as temperature swing adsorption (TSA). Adsorption is used in cases when bone dry NG is required.
3) Condensation: The third conventional dehydration method employs gas cooling to turn water molecules into the liquid phase and then removes them from the stream. Natural gas liquids and condensed higher hydrocarbons can also be recovered from NG by cooling. The condensation method is therefore usually applied for simultaneous dehydration and recovery of natural gas liquids. Low temperature separation employing the JT effect is used in cases where a sufficient pressure drop is available between the input and the output of the dehydration unit. 3. Gas Sweetening and Acid Gas Removal EquipmentGas sweetening is the process for the removal of mainly acid gases(H2S and CO2) and, in addition, the simultaneous removal of sulphur organic species (RSH, COS, CS2) from process gas. It is an essential step of sour gas processing for natural gas treatment, NGL recovery, LNGs, refineries and petrochemicals in order to meet transport and market specifications, to comply with environmental regulations for emissions and to control corrosion. The removal of acid gases(H2S and CO2) can be achieved with a wide range of different technologies. The chemical absorption of acid gases on amines is the most common but molecular sieves and non-regenerative adsorbents can be also used for specific applications.

Liquefying natural gas is also one of the important means for natural gas peak shaving reserves.
