Bending Machine

Hydraulic level dowm bending machine:
Individual roller driven : Hydraulic three-roller plate bending machine owns national patent, which was first invented by Ezhong, and is one of Ezhong products' important features. Its function lies in that it may enable the machine to greatly satisfy the technical requirement of thick plate bending.
Top-located cylinder: It is designed on the basic of many years research. It absorbs the advantages of several Japanese, German, and Chinese models. Its advantages are:
a.Both cylinder work without rod cavity, so the effective area is large.
b.Compared with the in-backseat cylinder, Maintenance is more convenient.
c.Only one dynamic sealing, Air holding property and reliability are excellent.
d.Lifting speed fits to bending process. Throttle is not necessary, so oil temperature is low and energy consume is small.
Complete machine backseat: Ezhong horizontal three-roller series adopt once-through welding structure. Compared with assembled backseat, it has no assembly tolerance and accumulated processing tolerance after annealing. The installation is also convenient.
The middle of machine backseat is wide, and the two ends which is connected with machine frame are relatively narrow. The whole machine bachseat has large height, and sufficient overall intensity and rigity. One extreme case is, one W11S-120*3000 full load pre-bent six pieces of 110 mm steel plate without ground fixing. That is impossible for any other similar machinery.
Horizontal-moving device: Ezhong machine adopts mechanical drive. Ezhong's outside-laid device is located in the outside of machine backseat, so the maintenance and repair is convenient. Meantime, it leaves more space for bottom roller bearing seat. Apart from that, rolling bearing is used, which apparently reduces main motor power, saves energy, and is easy to lubricate.
Cone bending: Cone-bending device on roller-style bending machine owns national patent.Work range of cone bending is greatly increased. Plates of various thicknesses can be processed, and most request on taper can be satisfied.
