On the base of study of werable material, we company developed a new alloy, the SH222 wearable material.The material is refined and shaped under special die, and treated under the special thermal treatment.The roller and lining board made of the alloy is ascendant, of which the wearability is upgraded while the tenacity is perfect.The material would be an ideal choice for the roller and lining board for vertical mill.
Features of the SH222
Because of the special material and a series of technology is applied in the produce of the roller and the lining for vertical mill, the characters and the features are largely upgraded, especially the macro- rigidity is as large as HRC63-65, and the impact-resistance is also improved.The rigidity of the lining board is large and symmetrical, which can improve the safety.
Results of use
The service life of the products is 30~60% longer than the same products in China, and the coat is lower.The products is applied for replacing of vertical coal mill in electric field and steel mill, coal mill and raw material mill in cement plant.The achievement is prominent.

The KXT (M) is applied to the 5000t/d production line for powder coal feeding, it is awarded as the first class of technical improvement in 2006 by CBMIA and the CCS. And the KXT (S) system is applied to raw material feeding of 220t/h, the KXT (F) system is also applied to coal ash feeding of150t/h. The NL pneumatic screw pump, F-K Fullerton pump, YOX hydraulic coupler, DSF electrical and manual screw valve, NXF rotating air-lock valve etc are launched to market.
