     GZ-100-NO series tool setter is dedicated to CNC machining center,CNC engraving and milling machine.
 
It can be used to detect wear and breakage and correct thermal distortion as well as to preset tool length.

3.      Special Considerations
 
     Please control the tool's diameter 10mm or less.
 
     Please control setting speed 50-1000mm / min or less.
 
     The tool's center to fall on the center of the setter's surface.
 
     Do not force the rotation of the setter's head.
 
     Ensure the parallelism after installation.
 
     Please use blowing device normally.
 
     Ambient temperature range -25ºC ~ 70ºC.
 
     Please control voltage in DC10-30V, the current below 20mA.
 
Installation considerations
 
 
 
1.Mechanical
 
 
 
     * Please try to install it at the place of less iron turning on the bench.
 
     *Please install correctly the tool setter before use.
 
     * recommend the installation on the good level stand, make sure the parallelism of tool setter.
 
      (the base of tool setter installed to stand with the M4 Allen screws, installing screw dimensions refer to drawing)
 
 
 
2. Electrical
 
 
 
     *  Be sure within the rated power range.
 
     *   the tool setter shall be installed in the vicinity when the machine body grounding or shielding.
 
     *   power and signal wires in tensile strength 20N (2Kg) or less, minimum bending is R7.
 
3. Air pipes
 
 
 
     Please use the pipe joints, outer diameter of 4mm, inner diameter of 2.5mm.
 
 
Note: 2 blowing holes for the diameter of 1mm, so please use a minimum diameter of 2mm or more of the pipes.  
 
1. Cautions in operation
 
 
 
 * the way for tool setting (see Figure 1-1)
 
 
 
     -  tool to the contact surface of the tool setter must be downward vertically .
 
     - not exceed the stroke of the tool setter, otherwise it will be damaged to the tool setter and tool.
 
      (Stroke 5.0mm)
 
     -  since the setting speed is related to the electrical response speed of the machine, so please set within the specified speed.
 
       to ensure accurate setting, we recommend the setting speed 50 ~ 500mm / min, for
 
       Repeatability 0.002mm (response speed of mechanical control system is 0.5m / sec or more).
 
      - Do not release immediately when a finger contact with the surface on the tool setter, in order to avoid damage to its internal structure.
 
      -  When the tool and tool setter are done the setting , you must leave the tool to the contact surface vertically. can not move laterally, it will damage the tool setter.
 
 
* cleaning of contact surface
 
   Please clean the rest of iron filing and cutting oil, when the air blowing doesn't work to the areas of contact surface.
 
* confirmation method of output signal
 
 
 
      Measurement signal: normally open (NO).LED indicator: when normal is off , when operating is on
 
      Over-travel signal: normally closed (NC). LED indicator:when normal is on, when operating is off
