Shandong HRF Brake Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd established in 2011, the company located in southeast of Guangrao, which is near Jinan and Qingdao, HRF specialized in manufacturing friction material including brake pad and brake shoe products. Our facility, which covers more than 20, 000 square meters, has three brake pad production lines.
At HRF, we strive to provide innovative, high quality and competitively priced products. Based on good formula engineer, we can provide ceramic, semi-metallic, low-metallic and NAO etc different formulas to satisfied different requirement for European, American, Japanese and Korean autos. We have the advanced equipments to test and analyze friction material and formula to guarantee our products quality.
Our auto brake shoe are available in both asbestos free and asbestos material. A Brake shoe is the part of a braking system which carries the brake lining in car brakes. We manufacturer brake shoes for cars and trucks. The brake shoes are bonded with rigid or rubberised linings as per the requirement. When moving vehicle′s kinetic energy is converted into heat energy during braking, the special adhesive used for bonding is capable of absorbing the high temperature created.
