Vacuum annealing furnace
Application:
It is mainly used for high speed steel, die steel, stainless steel, alloy, high temperature alloy, magnetic materials and vacuum heat treatment of titanium alloy and vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering.
Structure features
Heating chamber is made of stainless steel skeleton, heat insulation screen for multilayer graphite felt, long service life and easy maintenance. Using graphite tube heater is easy installation and maintenance, and low failure rate. Air cooled system has a high power high speed motor, large air volume high-pressure impeller and volute and guide plate, the brass copper series heat exchanger and guiding device etc, which can realize flow heat exchanger - fan - guiding device - artifacts - heat exchanger in high speed loop, so that the artifacts are rapid cooling uniformity. Heating chamber can also adopts full metal structure. Electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller, realize fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual control modes of three, flexible operation.
