Company Introduction:
Hangzhou Jinhong Sanniao Down Products Co., Ltd., founded in August 1987, was originally known as Xiaoshan East County Xixu Down Factory. In September 1993, it was transformed as Xiaoshan Jinhong Down Products Co., Ltd. In September 1998, cooperated with Taiwan Sanniao Feather Co., Ltd. And Japan Co., Ltd., a joint venture - Hangzhou Jinhong Sanniao Down Products Co., Ltd. was founded.
Over more than 20 years of efforts, with a registered capital of USD 7.58 million from USD 1.08 million, the company has the total assets of RMB 370 million, more than 1, 280 employees and a land area of 60, 000m2 and a building area of 50, 000m2. The main production equipment includes four single-chamber sorting machines, one four-chamber sorting machines, twp five-chamber sorting machines, four sets of washing machines, 650 electric sewing machines, 33 computer single-needle machines, 2 multi-needle machines, 16 down filling machines, two sets of generator units as well as constant temperature baking ovens, dehumidifiers, speed adjusting multi-purpose vibrators, goose/duck feather analyzers, heating magnetic stirring machines, residual lipid extraction machines, dyeing machines, needle detectors, cloth inspecting machines, fabric permeability instrument, fabric penetration resistance testers to feather and down, rubbing color fastness testers, color fastness resistance testers, etc. In addition, it has sufficient workshops and raw material, accessory and finished product warehouses with a warehousing capacity of 4, 000 tons, including a down workshop of 5, 000m2, a raw material warehouse of 2, 500m2 and a finished product warehouse of 2, 000m2
With an annual production and processing capacity of 4, 000 tons, the company averagely exports about 3, 000 tons of down to Japan, America and EU countries. Besides export, most of the down is applied as raw material for producing down quilts, pillows or mattresses while a small part is sold to domestic down garment manufacturers. The company produces 5 million pieces of down products, most of which are marketed to the above countries and part are sold in domestic market.
