Founded in 2006, Jie Mei Group has an industrial park covering more than 16,000 square meters in Songgang, Shenzhen.In Shenzhen, there are two industries: mold design and manufacturing, plastic product injection production and assembly, and mobile phone intelligent terminal product R&D and mass production.
The mould business department of the company is mainly engaged in high-end mould design and manufacturing of plastic products for European and American customers.We focus on large and medium-sized high-end molds, plastic molds for automobile interior and exterior decoration, plastic molds for precision medical equipment, plastic molds for various electrical and office equipment, etc. At present, we provide plastic parts molds for Bentley, land rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Volvo and other world-famous automobiles, as well as small precision plastic parts molds for ABB and other companies. At the same time, we also provide injection molding production and assembly services for precision plastic parts for European and American customers. In order to meet the needs of more customers, we have set up a special workshop for injection molding parts production and assembly.
Intelligent terminal group main production are mobile intelligent terminal product research and development, and other characteristics of electronic products, offer mobile intelligent terminal products to overseas customers of OEM and customized development services, products are exported to Europe and the United States and southeast Asia countries and regions.Due to the popularity of the network and the improving of the degree of automation, the current overseas for intelligent terminal products of personalized and differentiated customization demand growing everyday, now we have customers in the United States successfully customized developed F1 fans dedicated mobile phones as well as the Swiss customized developing special intelligent smart home control system.The wheelchair power controller system designed & developed for the British company Mountway And the spray handles for the USA Company Dedoes.
In order for better and more in-depth cooperation with customers, we integrate the upstream and downstream resources customized development of more products for customers, including the main development and production, mold design and manufacture of products, product shell molding and processing technology, product assembly test and delivery.As long as the customer has the product demand, the creativity or has already designed the solution, we can provide the product complete solution and the service for the customer.
We have purchased 30,000 square meters of industrial land in Heyuan, Guangdong province, in 2017, and will build a production base of 50,000 square meters. It is expected that Jie Mei will step up to a new level when it is put into use in 2019.
