Product Description
AFM 3000 is a digital flow meter designed specifically for ventilators. It measures the flow of air, oxygen and other non-corrosive gases very accurately.The AFM3000 utilizes a specially designed airflow duct inside the sensor, which results in very low pressure loss in the airflow. This makes the AFM3000 ideally suited for applications where high accuracy in flow measurement is required, such as medical ventilators.
Using a 5V supply voltage, the AFM3000 outputs measurements using a digital I2C interface. Measurements are internally calibrated and temperature compensated. The sensor is internally connected to a thermal chip and a high-performance 24-bit CMOS microprocessor. The gas flow is measured by the thermal sensor, resulting in a very fast signal processing time and the highest measurement accuracy compared to similar products.

Application
Install MAF sensor in the air intake pipe of automobile engine, real-time monitor the air flow into the link, calculate the gas mixture concentration in the cylinder, optimize the engine combustion, improve fuel economy.
MAF sensors are installed in the airflow pipeline of industrial dryers to monitor changes in air flow to control the heating temperature, ensure uniform heating of materials and reduce energy loss.
