Product Description

The Multi-effect Precision Mixer (referred to as the Precision Mixer or JMEM) is a newly designed pneumatic mixing device specifically developed to produce lithium battery cathode materials. It is suitable for the uniform mixing of "powder-to-powder" in cathode materials. The mixer offers comprehensive advantages, including no contamination from magnetic substances, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness.

The JMEM employs airflow to propel the materials. During the feeding operation, this causes the particles to enter the mixing chamber in a suspended, dispersed, and fluidized state, facilitating collision - based mixing. The airflow serves to control the shape of the collision - mixing interface. This enables the particles to interpenetrate upon impact and also determines the escape paths of the particles after the collision. Moreover, within the material bin, a pulsed airflow is utilized to agitate the materials, thereby achieving efficient and homogeneous mixing.

.Working Principle
The JMEM Series Airflow Uniform Mixing Machine utilizes a compressed air source to generate pulsed airflow that stirs the materials. This causes the powder materials in the silo to be lifted, moved, and flipped under the action of the airflow. By controlling the injection sequence of the pulsed airflow, the particles are fully stirred in the mixing chamber, achieving convective, shear, and diffusive mixing. The shape of the chamber is designed to guide the particle movement trajectory, ensuring efficient mixing of different batches of powder materials.
