Company Introduction:
1. Before using the roller, apply protective coating on the surface evenly and place the roller beside or on the kiln for drying, and ensure the roller have been dried completely when you put into kiln.
2. Before using the new roller, at the beginning put into low temp. Zone of kiln around 700-800C. Whenever to replace then take the roller fromlow temp. Zone high temp. Zone directly.
3. When have a mass replacement in the high temp. Zone in working time, have to empty the kiln and cooling to less 600-700C.
4. Keep the roller is moving when you put into or take out from kiln every time, and the operation should be in a short time.
5. When roller is working in the kiln over 600C should avoid to appear moving break off.
6. Just take out the roller from kiln cant park them on airflow and cant let them touch with any cold object, should to place it to the roller cooking machine or a stand matted with thermal insulating material, rotate it continuously until it cools down to below 600C.
7. After the roller have worked in kiln about 4 weeks, should take out to clear the molten materials and apply the new protective coating on the surface for wsing again in the future.
