The device is suitable for power distribution and control of low-voltage power distribution systems such as power distribution in petrochemical substations, high-rise buildings, factories and mining enterprises, and computer conversion and distribution of capacitor compensation in the motor control center, can meet the special needs of computer interface, as a three-phase AC frequency 50Hz,rated operating voltage 380(660)V, rated current 5000A or less than 5000A Low voltage distribution set for power supply system distribution, electrodynamic centralized control, current limiting inductor, reactive compensation. The device comply with to IEC439-1 and GB7251.12 standards. CCC and CE certified.

Key Features:
1, The main frame is made of 8MF or C type material, the frame is assembled and partially welded. Modular holes are installed on the main frame E=20mm(or 25mm).
2, The functional rooms of the device are strictly separated, the compartment is mainly divided into functional unit room, bus room, cable room, the function of each unit is relatively independent.
3, The device adopts horizontal main bus on the top of the cabinet or behind the cabinet, and is flexibly selected according to the user's situation (outline mode).
4, Functional unit: can be easily interchanged.
4.1 One drawer (fixed interval) is a separate functional unit.
4.2 The drawer (fixed interval) is one-half unit, one unit, two unit, three unit four-size series, the rated current of the drawer circuit is 400A and below, and the rated current of the fixed interval circuit is 800A or below. One unit drawer size is 160*560*407(H*W*D), one-half unit drawer width size is 280, two unit and three unit drawer size only double and three times change of the height , the remaining sizes are the same as one unit.
4.3 Each cabinet of the switchgear can equipped with 11 one-unit drawers (fixed interval) or 22 one-half unit drawers (fixed interval).
4.4 The drawer inlet and outlet lines adopt the same specification chip connector with different number of chips according to the loop current. Generally, one connector ≤ 200A.
4.5 Adopt backplane construction adapter for one-half drawer and cable compartment transfer. Adopt a rod-shaped adapter for the unit drawer and cable compartment transfer.
4.6 The drawer panel has obvious signs of joint, break, test, extraction, etc. There are mechanical interlocking devices in the drawer, fixed interval panels have obvious signs of joint, break positions, and the door have mechanical interlocking devices.
5, There is a dedicated cable compartment in the feeder cabinet and the motor control cabinet. The connection between the functional unit room and the cable compartment cable is realized by the conversion part or the transfer copper bar, which not only improves the reliability of the cable, but also greatly convenient to installation and maintenance of the cable for the users.
6, Numbers of auxiliary contacts for the functional unit of the device is 32 pairs for one unit and above, and 20 pairs for 1/2 units, which can meet the needs of automation users and interfaces with computers.
7, In the mean time, it has a draw-out type and a fixed type, which can be mixed and combined optional.
8, The device is designed according to three-phase five-wire system and three-phase four-wire system. The design department and users can conveniently choose PE + N or PEN mode.
9,The protection grade of the cabinet is IP30, IP40, which can be selected according to user needs.
Main Components:
1, Circuit breaker : 630A and above power inlet and feeder circuit breakers, can choose AH series, or DW40, DW48, AE, 3WE, ME series. Or if necessary, also can choose M or F series imported.
2, less than 630A feeder and motor control circuit breaker, can choose TG series, CM1 series, Molded case circuit breaker also can choose NZM series, TM30 series.
3, AC contactor , mainly choose B, LC1, 3TB series contactor and associated thermal relay, interlocking mechanism.
4, Current transformer, mainly use BH, SDH, SDL, SDL1 series.
5, The fuse is selected Q series knife melting or NT00 series which is with high breaking capacity.
6, In order to improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, the CMJ-type combined bus bar clamp and insulating supports are specially designed for the GCS series. Adopt high-strength, flame-retardant synthetic material thermoplastic molding, with high insulation and good self-extinguishing performance. Unique structure, just adjust the building block to apply different specifications of the bus.
7, In order to reduce the temperature of the partition plate, connector and cable head of the functional unit, the special adapter for the GCS cabinet is designed. Compared with other similar products, the heat capacity of the adapter increases and the temperature rise decreases.
8, If the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to the needs of users, the GCS series cabinets have good versatility and will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the renewal of electrical components.
Operating conditions:
1.the ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40ºC,no less than -5ºC, and the average temperature within 24hours shall not higher than +35ºC. when more than, need to reduce running according to actual situation.
2. Only for indoor operation, the altitude should not exceed 2000 meters.
3. When the max temperature is +40ºC,the relative humidity of ambient air shall not exceed 50%. In case of a low temperature, a high relative humidity is allowed. For example, at +20ºC,the relative humidity is 90%.
Influences of condensation occasionally generated due to temperature changes shall be taken into consideration.
4. When the device is installed, the inclination of the vertical surface is not more than 5 degrees, and the whole group of cabinets is relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard).
5. The device should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact and there is insufficient corrosion of the electrical components.
