Airflow Measure Machine
The air flow measurement device is specially used for all kinds of air volume test, such as air conditioner fans, exhaust fan, air blower, range hoods and other ventilation prodcts. The test standard is GB/T1236-2000<Industrial fan performance test with standardized duct> (The nozzle part measurement). The measuring principle is a blockage and flow measurement, using a standard diameter nozzle with low speed as a blockage, through Static pressure difference test on both ends of the nozzle to measure the air flow volume of nozzle.
The air flow measurement test device can test not only absorb volume, but also can test exhaust volume; Also, it can undertake constant air flow test, and can undertake for static pressure test. Moreover, the test can having temperatre and without temperature. The nozzle closing cover can be automatically closed or manual closed.
Structure:
1. The whole structure of welding steel, with the appearance of polished welds.
2. The window opened on the both side of back-end of nozzle, which can control the nozzle closing cover.
4. The steel integral control table, equipped with the computer and all sensors.
5. The door seal will not tacky deformation in humid conditions, the seal can be changed.
6. Exterior coating is smooth, nuiform color, no end expose, no blisters, and no fall off.
