Why should we develop this product?

For long years, the surgical gowns are made either for disposable or of twill woven fabrics with 20 count cotton yarns. However according to clinical experiments, the woven one is a heavy load during the operation, caused by its weight of about 2 kgs, plus the humidity accumulated. Also same as the disposable one, it becomes a nightmare to the medical staffs because of easy being polluted.

To get rid of this nightmare, with long years study and experiments, a surgical gown with facilities of light weight, water-proof, air-permeable, free particle adsorption, static resistant, fire-retardant, durability and free from pollution is presented by us. We call it b-soft surgical gown.

What is the main function?

The gown consists of three layers with respective facility as illustrated as below.

1. Collecting layer (outer): During the operation, any liquids ejected onto
The gown will be held and kept from dropping to the floor, we are the first to pay attention to the floor.

2. Diffusion layer (mid): More or less the liquid will penetrate into the 2nd
Layer. However the penetrated liquid can not flow back to the outer due to the special knitting way. The other facility is the liquid to be diluted after diffusion. It causes reducing the polluted concentration and making less infection.

3. Isolating layer (inner): This layer keeps all dirty liquids away from
Contacting with medical staffs in any case. Also after operation, there is no infectious danger to the cleaning worker who just turns the gown inside out and packed for laundry.

Is there any auxiliary functions included?

Yes, any danger to be polluted is compensated by the following workmanship.

1. Water proof cuffs the cuffs are the access to be easily polluted. With compact knitting and water proof designed, all germ-containing liquid is not permitted to enter.

2. Air-permeable & humidity repellency thanks to b-soft design, the heat incurred will not be accumulated under the tickles as well as a good ventilation is provided.

3. Zero pollution the bottom of gown is more wider folded for keeping the liquid from dropping down to the floor. Even during n. S. Irrigation, the floor of operation room will not be polluted.

4. Blockade design the high water-resistant treatment and compact weaving give 100% impenetrable and achieve the best protective effect.

Remarks:

The explanatory of our standard functions:

1. Particle adsorption: The minor particles, no matter what types, are filled in the air on which the dirt and bacteria are adsorbed. It makes patients infected very easily. The solution is that our fabrics is treated by micron meter

2. Bacteria filtration: Our fabrics is able to filtrate the bacteria more than
95% through micron meter treatment.

3. Calendering: Through this treatment there is no space on the surface of our fabrics, even makes it non air permeable.

4. Compact weaving: We use polyester with 98 ends per filaments and weave the fabrics with very intense density. It means there are 9, 800 ends per inch in weft and 14, 700 ends per inch in warp.

5. Gortex: Actually our inner layer is equivalent to gortex.

6. Nano: No matter how we try to prevent the pollution and infection, the bacteria is only kept away from the patient and medical staffs. However the mono-cell bacteria is still alive surrounding us. So nano treatment is our optional for further securities. If this treatment is chosen, then 30% will be added onto the normal quoted price.
