This projects is for purifying the Laundry Wastewater
Can be used in discharge up to the standard
Use the tube UF membrane system to remove the COD, BOD, SS, NTU and other harmful sustances
The introduction:
1) The system is based on the client's requirements and design
2) Using the pretreatment, micro filter, UF, and RO for sterilization to produce the qualified natural water
3) The pretreatment device is installed with multimedia filter, which is filled with refining Quartz sand to remove the large particles, silt particles, suspened solids, and other impurities
4) The activated carbon filter can effectively remove the organic substance, odor, color, and colloidal impurities
5) Ultrafiltration is a separation process using membranes with pore sizes in the range of 0.1 to 0.001 micron
6) Typically, ultrafiltration will remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal material, and organic and inorganic molecules
7) Low molecular-weight organics and ions such as sodium, calcium, magnesium chloride, and sulfate are not removed, so it can make the finished water with no bacteria, clear and good tasting
8) At terminal, there is an RO for desalination that keeps clean water to avoid secondary pollution, ensuring high-quality finished water sterile and longer shelf-life
9) The system has both manual and automatic operational mode
10) Traditional relay control, water-level controller, high pressure or water-lacked pretecting device and electric ball valve to prevent the UF membrane from instantaneous impact, so the system can operate automatically under the designed program
11) Normally, the system under automatic mode keeps producing water, operates easily and stablly
