For example, we have exclusively introduced the manufacturing technology of integrated injection molding at low temperature, and also optimized the available space of the battery. Consequently, the capacity of many models is 30% more than that of original battery and the stand by time is 1.5 times longer than that of the original battery. The result is really amazing. In the whole process of research, development and production, the preciseness of each working procedure is strictly required. All batteries apply A-grade electric cores(our company customizes many models and have the exclusive right of using them) and imported IC lithium-ion protection board; All electric cores have been disposed under high temperature of 45 degree in the oven for 3 days and all products have to pass 5 procedures of quality inspection from the stage of raw material to that of finished products to ensure the qualification rate of 100% before all products leave factory.
