During its early stage of development in the home market for plastic suction several years ago, Zhenrong has developed its own molding techniques for vacuum-thermoforming production, and matured its finishing techniques for after treatment. These two together complete its own vacuum-thermoforming system for good quality plastic suction products, still at a very flexible production time and cost.
With its own vacuum-thermoforming system and the mechanical machineries developed by itself also, Zhenrong technicians can produce and process plastic products with ABS, HIPS, PMMA, PVC, PC, PP, HDPE, PETG, PET, ABS/PMMA etc, and make the size max at 3000*2000*800mm (L*W*H), and film thickness max 12mm. Many of these Zhenrong products have been used in civil and industrial areas, like refrigerator internal container, massage chair light box, display stand, cleaner container, plastic tray, toy, stationery, television cover, footbath, household appliance, air conditioner housing, medical equipment, automobile parts, electrical equipment etc.
