HDS-DNY series intelligent differential pressure on-line density meter which developed by our company is consists of primary density (or concentration) meter, the signal acquisition device of the liquid flow and pressure change, the signal acquisition device of liquid temperature, the density of the signal processing of secondary instrument.
Main features
I.When we take online detection of the fluid density change and concentration change, the equipment has introduced the signal of liquid flow rate and pressure change, in order to improve detection accuracy, reduce the effective of liquid flow and pressure change, further correct liquid density and concentration changes.It is useful to solve the questions of traditional pressure density meter precision which affected by fluid flow and pressure change.
II.Density and concentration can be displayed at the same time.The equipment has concentration and density of two independent analog outputs, the upper and lower limit alarm output of the relay.
III.It can used in continuous on-line measuring liquid density and without interruption, it can be directly used in the production process control, it can used in mobile and stationary liquid.It also be suitable for pipes and tanks installations.
The components which contact with liquid are making of stainless steel.The equipment is safety and health.
The kinds of intrinsic safety type can use in hazardous environment, the kinds of health type can be used in food production site.

I.The range of density measurement:0.3 ~ 0.5g/cc.
II.The accuracy of density measurement:The highest accuracy is +0.0002g/cc (According to the application).
III.Concentration measurement precision:+0.2% ~ +1%.
IV.Mass flow measurement precision:+0.5 ~ +1%.
V.Instruction signal processing ways:The equipment use the multipoint signal to calculate the calibration.(The general is flexible chose between 2 ~ 15 points, and the most is up to 15 points calibration).
VI.The time constant:0 ~ 10s (fast), 10 - 100s (slow).
VII.Environment temperature:The temperature of the host is -10~45 degree centigrade,the temperature of the probe is -20 ~ +65 degree centigrade.
VIII.Environment humidity:The humidity of the host is 85%.
IX.The output signal:It use two road 12 full isolation analog output, it has two roads 4-20mA instantaneous density (concentration) signal, 4-20mAPID control output, it also support RS485 communications output.
X.Upper limit and lower limit alarm:We can set it by keyboard.The equipment can provide the relay contact output.
XI.The size of the host appearance:143x73x310mm, the size of the host holes is 138x68mm.
