III. Methods of application:
(1) Rust removal, removing welding slag, burr, oil and filth and keeping dry and clean. Manual rust removal should reach St3,
Mechanical St2, meeting the request of SYJ4007-86.
(2) Primer coating (Manual or mechanical)
(3) When surface dry, wrapping can be done in accordance with anticorrosive grades and structure requirement.
(4) After the electric spark inspection is done, the pipes can be put back into the ditch and be buried.
IV. Transportation and Storage:
(1) Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, drench, crushing and distortion when tapes are transported.
(2) Construction can be carried out after 48 hours storage around 20 Celsius if the tapes are stored or transported below 5
Celsius.
(3) Store where it is cool (5-30 Celsius ), humidity below 75%. Shelf life: 12 months. Away from heat and open flame.
