Q:There is no lights from the USB ports?
A:The industrial grade high efficiency and performance chip means it able to carry 5A outputmax;however,loads 5A(25W) will generate extra heat and interference,sometimes cause the product stop working and will trigger Thermal Shutdown.
Q:My device has no response of charging when it connected to the car charger?
A: Check your cable for charging whether it is original one or genuine cable from authorized manufacturer. Some devices such as APPLE's (iDevices), has been added extra chips for identifying genuine cable. Unauthorized cable products cannot pass this identification, or cannot be charged at full speed.
Q:Can I leave the product remain in the cigarette lighter socket? will it harms the car battery?
A: For most vehicles, while the engine turned off, the socket will not work therefore the car charger will be turned off, you can leave it remain inside the socket. For some specific vehicles, USB ports are still lighting while the engine is turned off, for those kind of cars, we suggest to remove the car charger.
Q:It seems the charging speed is too slow?
A:It built-in auto-identification chip that assures your device is charged at full speed as using its original charger. Restart your device and confirm the battery monitor of the system is working properly.
Q:Whether it support Quick-charge?
A:Considering the battery life,we saved up the charging spped for longer life of devices' battery,consequently,quick-charge is not supported.

A:The car charger is double secured;there are on board fuse and Multi-protection system buil-in the chip,such as short cirecuit protection,over currentprotection,under voltage protection and thermal shutdown.
Q:Is the car charge supposed to be hot?
A:All power repated devices will release heat while working,so the car charger is.The alloy parts are designed to assist cooling,However,it is supposed to be warm for nomal charging taskc.Use unauthorized USB charging cable or USB hub to chargr more devices will generate extra heat.
