Scraper Cables with higher abrasion resistance, torsion resistance, UV resistance, anti-cracking, anti-tensile, anti-aging, flexible bending resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, solve the problems of cracking, easily broken and aging in the environment of operation process, longer working life than common workmanship & material reeling cables.
Cable Structure
Conductor: 99.999% annealed oxygen-free flexible copper wire, using a special bundle of wires (special anti-tensile and reinforcing conductor, optional).
Insulation: special weather resistant, extrusion resistance, high strength compound material.
Core color:digital marking or color differentiation and yellow green ground line, conforming to DIN47100 standard (on request)
Filling reinforcement: high grade polyester cotton line, special aramid fiber, special tensile reinforcement, special galvanized steel wire, etc.
Twisted mode: special twisted mode is used for reel winding
Inner sheath: special weather resistance and high strength compound material (fully extruded for stabilization, optional)
Anti-torsional layer: special aramid braid (optional)
Outer sheath: special weather resistance and wear-resistant high strength compound.
