Description and application:
MD-DZH F600 is a type of fused flux special for electro slag welding, light yellow to brownish red glassy grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.5-0.45mm(16-40 meshes),and 0.995-0.108 mm (20-150 meshes).MD-DZH F600 is suitable for use with AC or DC power, filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC. With excellent technological properties, the flux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal.
 
Usage:
 Combining with wires of H08MnA,H10Mn2 and alike, MD-DZH F600 is used for welding low carbon steels and some low alloy structures. It is special for box girder structures. It is special for box girder structure application when combining with wires of small diameter.
