Functions
 This line can work for both roll and sheet surface materials.  
 The brusher uses horse tail hair, which is against static electricity power.
   Heating oven heating is controlled by PLC system, and the temperature can adjust according to the line  running speed.
   The lights in the oven is infrared light instead of quartz light.

Details of every equipment
(1)   Infeed conveyor
For board conveying, loading ,  fixing and manual in-feed.
(2)   Brusher
It is the clean unit for dust collection before coating; brush roller made of quality horse tail hair, anti-static, convenient to collect dust.
(3)   Heating oven
For conveying and pre-heating board surface, pre-heating with hot-melt glue can lengthen the adhesive open time, and enhance the lamination effect in later period. 
(4)   Glue spreader
It includes One heating steel metering roller, with another silicon robber roller . Glue spreader includes two units, possible to laminate various panels using hot-melt glue or other glues. Heated by thermal oil, steady and uniform, with automatic glue supplying system (Domestic 200KG glue-smelting machine), thermal oil in glue control mirror steel roller makes the whole roller surface stable and in accurate temperature, best use of hot-melt glue. Germany precise digital display controls the upper and lower precision and electric quick lifting while cleaning, measuring and coating controlled by motor individually, easy to control glue amount accurately.
(5)   Table for sheet material
This table is for storage raw material by sheets form.
(6)   Shelf for roll material
This shelf is for storage raw material by roll form.
(7)   Table for raw board
Upside for boards storage, underside for conveying.
For coiled material, unwinding by pneumatic and controlled by magnetic powder control. Crane used for material coiling.
(8)   Laminating press
Used for panels laminating after coiled material coated.
(9)   Protect film sticking device
The line has this part function for covering the protection film on the laminated board surface.
(10)   Outfeed conveyor
For end product conveying and collecting, with protective film device.
Optional choice
 Vacuum glue machine
This is necessary for PUR glue laminating not required for normal glue. The PUR glue needs this vacuum glue machine to change its form from solid to liquid. Then pump the liquid PUR glue to the glue spreader automatically.
