These bearings types are mainly used in rolling mills and on the main shaft of machine equipment.
Angular contact ball bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads, i. e. Simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. Their rotational speed limits can be quite high. The contact angle can be 15° , 25° , and 40° . The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearing increases with the contact angle.
Double-row angular contact ball bearings can accommodate heavy radial loads. They provide stiff bearing arrangements and are able to limit the axial displacement in both directions.
Four-point contact ball bearings are of a separable design and have two types: QJ and QJF. They have high load carrying capacity, can accommodate high rotational speed limit, and can support both radial and axial load at the same time.
