We are a manufacturer specialized in producing hot pressing die forgings with more than 20 years' history. Our factory ( SHUNDA FORGING ) founded in 1987, is located in the south of Ningbo which is a beautiful modern port city of Zhejiang Province, in the east of China. Our company enjoys a very convenient traffic, it takes only half an hour to the centre of the city, Ningbo Lishe International Airport, Ningbo Beilun Port, the grand east port of China and there are only 3km away from the entrance of the Hu-Hang-Rong(Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo) high expressway to our company, it only need two hours go to Shanghai by car.
In our company, we have punching machines ranging from 35T to 200T, 300T friction presses, air hammers, lathes, laners, millers, drillers, grinders, wire cutting machines, shot blasting machines, induction heating equipments etc. The material using by us include ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass etc. Our products involve a wide range of industries such as automobile, construction, chemical engineering, pipeline engineering, hardware&tools, hydraulic&pneumatic industry, fasteners and general machinery industry. Our products are not only sold in domestic market but also exported to overseas markets. We have strong technical force and are very skillful in precision forging.
