Product Introduction
The V16 polyurethane high-pressure spraying/pouring equipment has a simple structure, easy maintenance, low threshold for use, small size, light weight, easy mobility, and wide range of applications.
 Widely used in cold storage insulation, building exterior walls, roof insulation and waterproofing, sports venues, automobiles and ships, air conditioning insulation, solar water heaters and other fields.
·It has two functions of spraying and pouring, realizing one machine with multiple uses

·The booster pump is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials, which have the advantages of corrosion resistance and wear resistance compared to traditional materials;.

·The one-way valve of the booster pump is precision machined by a CNC machine tool, and the optimal steel ball clearance has been obtained through multiple experiments, resulting in very small pressure pulse fluctuations throughout the entire machine

·Dual independent high-power heating modules, with internal fluid routes designed in a spiral along the heating tube. The raw materials directly contact the heating tube for heating, providing rapid heating and suitable for construction in cold regions and seasons.

·The temperature control meter adopts the latest microcomputer chip, which can sense and control the temperature in advance, accurately calculate the heating time, and make the heating process very stable.

·The temperature tube group adopts steel wire internal heating method, low voltage heating, uniform heating, safe and reliable. The pipeline is covered with insulation sleeve and wear-resistant sleeve, which is safe, durable and easy to maintain.

·The fully pneumatic working mode can be used in a non electric environment, completely solving the problem of burnt out solenoid valve reversing coils.
