The CNC tool storage system allows equipment to be safely stored, transported and protected close to machinery, optimizing productivity and efficiency in the workplace. Organised storage reduces downtime and ensures smooth flow control.
The basic system components are removable moulded inserts which are incorporated into tool carriers or blocks, giving easy access within a highly flexible system.
These holders offer stability for preset tooling whether in open plan carriers, in drawer cabinets and cupboards or in mobile applications.
We use a modular system to integrate the storage of CNC tools into the heavy duty, high capacity range of cupboards, cabinets, benches and trolleys.

Product Specification:

Open Cutting Tool Cabinet:
1. Side boards made from 1 plate by bending, safe and reliable;
2. Tools can be placed in 0° , 15° , 30° Angles;
3. "Y" shape holes, easy for installation;

Close-in Cutting Tool Cabinet:
1. Addition for open cabinet, equipped with exterior plate, back plate and door plate;
2. Full closed structure, sealed from dust and dirt;

Cutting Tool Storage Trolley:
1. Anti-skidding rubber mat, for temporary placing of tools and other stuff;
2. PU castors, front 2 fixed and back 2 swivel with brakes;
3. Clipboard for docs, for temporary placing of drawings and blueprints;
4. "Y" shape holes with hanging plates, tools can be placed in 15° , 30° Angles;

Cutting Tool Cabinet with Drawers:
1. Specially designed for storage of small and delicate CNC tools;
2. Equipped with top frame, convenient for placing goods;
