The liquid cycle of the whole system of the high and low temperature series is closed, the system has an expansion container, the expansion container and the liquid circulation system are adiabatic, and do not participate in the liquid cycle, only the mechanical connection in despite of the temperature of the circulating liquid. The medium in the expansion container always keeps room temperature. Because the whole liquid circulation is closed system, there is no absorption of water vapor at low temperature, and there is no oil mist at high temperature. The company can provide a wide range of heat conduction oil, so the same machine with the same heat conduction medium can achieve -90 ºC-200 temperature control.
 
 (1) There is no internal circulation slot, the inner circulation area is small (the volume of the circulation in most equipment is only 6-10L), the effective power density is large (W/L), the speed of heating and cooling is very fast, and the demand of heat conduction oil is very small. Special custom circulating pump.
(2) the wave heat exchanger is adopted in the equipment. The heat exchange area is large and the speed is fast.
(3) the equipment uses PID intelligent control to automatically adjust the output of the power according to the chemical process technology, control the temperature of the reaction process accurately, and meet the requirement of the temperature change of the reaction process.
