The sheets and discs are well suited for high production sanding operations, and general purpose applications on paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites, including fiberglass.
 

I.         Features and Benefits
 
       Extend lifetime:
A load-resistant coating prevents wood dust, paint particles, and other debris from prematurely clogging the surface, optimizing cut-rate and disc life. Loading is further reduced by an open coat, which means the abrasive grains are spaced slightly apart so that dust can escape rather than obstructing the cutting edge of the grains, thereby optimizing cut-rate and disc life.
 
       Increase convenience:
In order to meet clients' different convenient requirements, AP33M comes in a variety of forms to fit various power tools. For example, we designed AP33M Velcro discs to conveniently and firmly attach to a hook-and-loop backup disc pad on a random orbital sander, to be removed cleanly and easily, and be simple to reuse.
 
       Improve Performance:
All the grit sizes are compliance with the FEPA Standard. The perfect grain and a super smooth C-weight paper backing translate to a consistent cut with no wild scratches.

ü  AP33M is excellent for blending and finishing on aluminum and carbon steel, as well as woodworking applications for heavy and medium stock removal and finishing on hardwoods, softwoods, and composites.
ü  AP33M discs also work well on primer, paint, sealers, topcoats, fiberglass, and plastics.
