Application:
This product is a very important variety among non-pollutant antioxidants and it has a certain protecting effects against the heated oxidation of the natural rubber, and synthetic rubbers such as buthl benzene, butylnitrile etc. It can be applied to the manufacturing of white, multi-colored, light, and transparent rubber products(such as rubber shoes and rubber cloth products). It can be easily dispersed in rubber materials. Because of its low toxicity, it can also be applied the the manufacturing of pharmaceutical or sanitary products and to food processing.
Properties:
With the relative density of 1.048, boiling point of 257-265C and flash point of 126.6C, it is slightly soluble in benzene, toluene, acetone, ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate and gasoline. It is insoluble in water and dilute sodium hydroxide. It is nontoxic and will gradually deteriorate when exposed to light with using effects affected.

We also have new non-pollution compound auxiliaries like MB(N), 4010NA(N), 4020(N), Rubber Antioxidant A, Rubber Antioxidant etc...Especially 4010A(N) and 4020(N) have the follow merits: Lower water extracting rate; Lower toxicity; Improved dispersivity and coordination; Enhanced the anti-light aging performance; Improved the phenomenon that agglomerated and hard to weighing and use in summer. Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Designing Institute of China Chemical Industrial Department have carried out the test on the new products, and the test result shows that the new products have better performances than the old ones. The new product also won recognition in practice.
